Winthrop is a peninsula, and almost every neighborhood feels the water. Point Shirley takes wind from all sides. Winthrop Beach and the streets along Winthrop Shore Drive get direct ocean exposure. The Highlands sit up on the hill with views and wind, while Cottage Park and Court Park have older homes on quieter streets near the harbor.
We paint exteriors and interiors, spray-finish cabinets and built-ins, and offer gutter cleaning and power washing. Estimates are free with no visit fee, and we reply within one hour during business hours.
On a peninsula, salt settles on every surface. It draws moisture to the paint, and wind drives rain into joints and under laps in the siding.
