Freeze-thaw cycles, nor’easters and salt air are hard on paint. The finish only holds if the surface under it is clean, sound and dry, so our exterior jobs start with washing, scraping loose paint, sanding edges, replacing failed caulk and priming bare wood.
We paint colonials, capes, Victorians, triple-deckers and multi-family porches, and we schedule exterior work for the right weather window so coatings cure properly.
